Does anyone remember that song on sesame street?

I can remember a song on Sesame Street about Elmo? It has to be at
least since 1995 so it's fairly old. My mom remembers it too because
she would watch it with me when I was like five years old. All I can
remember is that there were two or three guest singers on there and
they were hispanic and the song had a spanish feel to it. But it was
in english. Also, Elmo was dancing on the edge of a fence and I can
almost promise there was a black cat and the song was kind of about
how Elmo liked to dance to the moon or in the moonlight. It's been
driving me nuts and I've had no luck finding it because I don't know
the title of the song nor the guest singers either. I really hope
someone knows because it's been driving me nuts.
